We offer a full refund for Quick Personality Premium purchases within 14 days of purchase in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). To request a refund, please contact us with your transaction ID within 14 days.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns, so you can also request a refund directly through Paddle.
A refund or chargeback cancels the remaining report generations from that purchase. Reports that were already generated remain viewable.
